Our design concierge service is a flexible option for clients who want help designing individual spaces. You can select the rooms or services you need a la carte, with no required minimum. Options include creating an overall design, determining construction needs and collaborating with contractors, sourcing materials, fixtures, and furnishings, choosing decor, determining furniture layout, ordering items, managing through installation, final styling, or any combo thereof. This program brings our design expertise to your home through an accessible format. Pricing is determined by the scope of work but we can tailor services around your budget.
Looking to buy a new home? Purchasing one as-is and customizing it is the best way to get exactly what you want, while not paying the premium that comes with newly renovated homes. With a pre-purchase home consultation, we attend open houses with you to walk through potential homes and discuss renovation and design options. We can also get general quotes from a contractor, as needed. Depending on the number of homes you want us to tour with you, we offer hourly or day rates. Detailed design plans and contractor consults may be an additional fee. (If you choose to hire us for a full home design project, the fees from the pre-purchase consultation will be credited back to you).
Custom pieces are essential in making a home feel unique and authentic and that refinishing even just a couple existing pieces can quickly elevate a home’s decor. This service includes making entirely new creations, reimagining existing pieces, and a combination of the two. Some items may be created in-house but we may also partner with other tradesmen. Customized options include furniture, lighting, artwork, countertops, doors and so much more. This is a great way to add bespoke touches to your home, often costing less than buying off the shelf. Pricing is based on the cost of materials and labor.
